    • ]]>     Aunque ha empezada mi semana BBK-Live (el jueves estaremos dando botes como unos chiquillos), voy a intentar traer grupos que no se pasen por el festival, porque bastante intensivo me estoy dando ya en spotify.

    Así que hoy vengo con los neoyorquinos Scissor Sisters, que estrenan disco (Night Work) cambiando un poco de tercio con este single tan vintage. Nos olvidamos por un momento de los falsetes de Jake Shears, pero también vamos perdiendo la voz de Ana Matronic. Hay seis versiones de la canción (con remixes incluidos), pero yo me he quedado con este directo en la BBC Radio.

    Por supuesto, no han dejado de tener este toque transgresor. De hecho, la primera la han tenido en la frente. O mejor dicho, en la carátula: Facebook censura la portada de su último disco en la publicidad. Y es que aparece el culete del bailarín clásico Peter Reed. Pero tapado, no os vayáis a pensar… Pero cuando los americanos se ponen remilgados, no hay quien les gane.

    Una canción que la primera vez que se escucha deja un tanto indiferente, pero después de la tercera, se te mete en la cabecita y te acompaña todo el día :-) :

    • ]]>     Katy Perry one of the boysY con ella llegó el escándalo. O eso se dijo cuando apareció de la nada este personaje pin-up con su carta de presentación: I Kissed a Girl, dentro de su álbum debut One of the boys (2008). Pero eso es lo que me gusta de esta artista: su irreverencia. Le encanta aberrar (como a uno que yo me sé ;-) ) y eso le otorga una frescura que falta en el panorama musical actual. Disfruta provocando y haciendo el gamberro, así que nada mejor que esta canción para empezar el fin de semana. No os perdáis el videoclip, es para troncharse (me quedo con la niña dama de honor :D ).
