Wild Beasts – Hooting & Howling

Este single de la banda inglesa Wild Beasts lo definiría como claustrofóbico. Quizás no tanto por su melodía (que también y va in crescendo) pero sí por su videoclip. Y es que aquellos que me conozcan bien, sabrán que el agua no es precisamente mi medio natural. Así que me imagino la cara que se te tiene que quedar como cantante cuando se te acerca el creativo de turno para decirte que para promocionar adecuadamente una canción te vas a pegar un buen chapuzón. ¿Cuál es el peso que tiene sobre el éxito de una canción su videoclip?

Volviendo a la música, decir que con sólo dos discos en el mercado [Limbo, Panto (Domino Records, 2008) y Two Dancers (Domino Records, 2009)], estos chicos empiezan a coger nombre en la escena indie. Y es que la voz de Hayden Thorpe es muy característica. Sus falsetes son casi tan conocidos como los de Mika. Estaremos atentos a su evolución.
