Castigo divino tenía que recibir por no haber colocado aún a sus satánicas majestades del rock: The Rolling Stones. Pero me voy a redimir hoy con una de esas canciones que no pasan por ser la carta de presentación de estos genios, pero sí por ser todo un himno asociado a la Guerra de Vietnam. Y es que ha acompañado como banda sonora a películas de la talla de La chaqueta metálica o Apocalypse Now.
Compuesta por Mick Jagger y Keith Richards en 1966 para el álbum Aftermath, ha aparecido también en los siguientes discos de los Rolling: Through The Past Darkly (1969), Hot Rocks (1972), Flashpoint (1991), Live at the Max (1999), Forty Licks (2002), Four Flicks (2003), Live Licks (2004), The Biggest Bang (2007), Shine A Light Deluxe Edition (2008).
